Yearend bonus for CH workers out soon
CEBU, Philippines — At least 5,000 Cebu City Hall employees will receive their 2019 yearend bonus and cash gift not earlier than November 15.
The year-end bonus is equivalent to one month basic pay computed based on the total wages for the 22 working days while the cash gift will be P5,000.
These cover all regular and casual employees of the city government who have rendered services for at least four months from January 1 to October 31, 2019.
Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella said: “We directed all the department heads and other administrative offices to process the 2019 year-end and cash gift.”
The departments were also tasked to immediately make the payroll for the early release of the yearend bonus to give the employees ample time to prepare for the holiday season. JMD (FREEMAN)
