Stress Feng Shui

NO NONSENSE FENG SHUI - Aldric Dalumpines - The Freeman

Stress is new normal in Philippines – from Batanes to Sulo! Exempting neither rich nor poor. Or gender or race and, yes, age!

Digital technologies add to our daily stress yin and yang or positively and negatively. You think stress is the curse of nature? I beg your pardon, your honors – in Feng Shui stress is a gateway to good health, good luck and good fortune!

How to make your stress lucky?

As many a yogi or master taught: Go with the flow! In this imperfect world of mistakes, let me amend that to: Go with the flaws of life! Akin to not laughing at your lover’s mistakes knowing secretly that you are one of them.

Yes, go with the flaws at each moment in time, at the moment! Mistakes are normal, yours and others’, so learn to surf the learning curves they offer through the stress they bring. And never shall you fail to savor a life of fulfillment!

Again, how? Beware or be aware, as you have been advised since childhood – be careful! Beware of bad Feng Shui in your homes, offices or property!

Like what?  That beam atop your head, that wall column behind you, that partner whose zodiac sign opposes yours!  Yes, landscape or physical surrounding Feng Shui can stress you to depression or sickness, even death.

Worst is if you enter a place, and sit, sleep or cook in your bad Feng Shui compass orientation! Your life energies will be diseased in its flow through your body meridians causing pain, sickness and inflammation. Like acupuncture, Feng Shui of your home, office and property is a non-FDA approved natural remedy for stress in your daily grinds!

My most valuable unsolicited advice to everyone is to learn how to manage stress by managing another chi beyond life energies. In fact, this chi is the currency of life.  In Chinese, chi is not only energy but also a term for money!

Money is the greatest stressor in this universe of mice and men.  As it also makes the world economy go round, money is life!

So manage and earn your money well.

Learn from your experience at home: Notice that when money cannot make both ends meet as to bills, this is where stress begins with high blood!

Keep calm with Feng Shui and always remember that you are in the Holy Presence of God Whomever you conceive your God to Be! And pray that if you cannot make both ends ‘meat’ so to speak, make one end vegetables!

Happy & Lucky de-stressing everybody!
