"Glimpse" Framed in Color

CEBU, Philippines - Audiences were treated to a runway presentation of the upcoming fast-fashion trends of 2015 as the current title holders of the Miss Consolacion Beauty Pageant headlined the "Glimpse" fashion show at SM City Consolacion.

Held in the Event Center of the mall on January 31, Miss Consolacion Clarice Elsie Alburo - together with Miss Consolacion runners-up Barbie Marie de Gracia, Jean Marie Castañeda, Thereza Mae Malinao and Janica Mari Agravante - shared the runway with upcoming models donning the latest collections of the mall's top fast-fashion brands.

With the theme "Framed in Color," the flow of the show was steered by six color and pattern trends - focusing on the masculine energy of gold, the energy and attraction of marsala (Pantone's 2015 Color of the Year), the upbeat vibe of pinks and pastels, the cool radiance of orchid blues and cobalt, the mysterious and sophisticated sides of neutrals, and the vibrant allure of striking patterns and prints.

Now on its third consecutive year, the recent "Glimpse" brought the best of what is to come in this year's collective fast-fashion consciousness. (FREEMAN)
