U-Kitchen Inaugurated

U-Kitchen (Urbina Kitchen), a fine-dining resto of the Café Laguna chain, was formally inaugurated recently with Mayor Michael Rama and Councilor Margot Osmeña as guests of honor. Fr. Socrates Saldua blessed the four-story premises that house the restaurant, offices and function rooms.

Owned and operated by Julita Urbina, their four-story building stands majestically on the property where the Urbinas started their small carenderia in Lahug years ago. And as an old adage goes - "Lita has the Midas touch that everything she touches turns into gold!"

Actually, Lita attributes the success on her primary consideration - her family. "What's best for my family must be best for my customers too." Treating customers as one's own family members will only lead you to serve and offer the best…and the same goes for customers. It seems Cebu and its visitors have embraced Café Laguna as their own.

By the way, at U-Kitchen, international cuisine is also offered especially Malaysian, Vietnamese, Japanese and Indonesian cuisines.
