Bioderm In A Box

The box meant so much for a Bioderm soap.

In celebration of the 50 years in the market, International Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (IPI) presents the new Bioderm soap – in a box!

IPI Marketing Operations Manager Ms. Analou Jundos said, “We’re relaunching Bioderm soap to give the consumers a better soap brand alternative in the market.”

“The box is meant to increase target market. We want to penetrate the Manila and Luzon area; however we should be competitive. Thus, we introduced the box,” she said during the press conference held last January 18, 2009 at the IPI Conference Room.

Along with this new packaging comes an improved brand. The newly and improved Bioderm Family Germicidal Soap now has enhanced fragrance, formulation and germicidal properties.

With its stronger germ formula, “patas ito kung lumaban,” so the family is protected from infection and body odor.

“We offer the same quality with other brands, yet at a lower price,” Jundos stressed.

True enough, even though the Bioderm soap now comes in boxes also, the prices are maintained as it is, “swak sa budget ng pamilya”.

Furthermore, IPI has introduced Carmina Villaroel and her twins, Maverick and Cassandra as their new product endorsers.

CEO and President Pio Castillo, Jr. said that since Bioderm is one of the first products of the IPI, it has already become part of the Filipino household. “We have chosen a Filipino mother whom Filipinos could easily identify with. Someone who is protective of her family’s health and is careful in her budget.”

Carmina Villaroel felt happy and proud of being part of the IPI family.

“Andito ako as a mommy at totoo ito. Ako talaga ang nag-bbudget sa pamilya. Importante sa akin na affordable ang mga bibilhin ko. At siyempre naman, dapat okay sa health ng pamilya ko,” she shared.

She admitted that before they accepted the endorsement offer, they tried all variants of the soap. And each of them had their favorites. Carmina is the blue one, Cassandra likes the pink one while Maverick likes the green one.

“Lahat pwede hanapin sa isang sabon, nasa Bioderm na, kahit anong kulay. Naghihirap kasi tayo. Kaya maganda yung nakakatipid,” she said.
