Acer extends warranty

MANILA, Philippines - Top IT brand Acer Philippines Inc. recently partnered with Asia Warranty Services (AWS), a prominent third-party administrator of extended warranty programs for manufacturers and distributors around the Asian region, to provide extended warranty programs to Acer customers in the commercial market.

The Acer extended warranty program provides an additional one or two years warranty on top of the unit’s original warranty.

The program aims to provide Acer product users in the commercial sector greater and longer service support and to spare business owners from unforeseen expenses brought by unexpected mechanical, electrical or electronic troubles of their unit.

With this announcement, Acer clients anywhere in the Philippines can now enjoy longer coverage on warrantable parts for their computer units, including repairs, with no limitation to in-warranty claims on participating products.

Repairs will be accommodated at Acer’s 79 accredited service centers located in key areas of the country.
