Mañosa’s Lantana Lane

A pioneering concept in real estate development will soon be launched by Mañosa Properties Inc. (www.manosa-properties.com), a new player in the local property industry.

Lantana Lane, a low-density development located along Lantana Street in New Manila, Quezon City will consist of only 16 exclusive luxury townhomes in a sprawling 2,800 sqm suburban garden setting.

The project is designed by distinguished Architect Francisco ‘Bobby’ Mañosa, renowned for such landmarks as The Coconut Palace, Pearl Farm Resort, Amanpulo Resort, the EDSA Shrine, the New Medical City, Shangri-La Mactan among others.

According to Dino Mañosa, CEO and founder of Mañosa Properties, “We are very excited about Lantana Lane and I am honored that my father has committed his company’s design genius to this undertaking.”

Lantana Lane’s master plan carries Bobby Mañosa’s unmistakable design philosophy of “Contemporary Tropical Filipino Architecture.” The unit are all similar in design and layout with high ceilings for natural ventilation and huge windows to maximize natural lighting.

The gated property has dedicated open garden areas for the community and a children’s playground. The single-lane road is a generous 5-meter wide with 1-meter wide sidewalk curbs on either side as opposed to a typical townhouse development where a narrow lane is given for the whole community to squeeze into. Aside from the 2 parking spaces each home gets, another 2 parking per home for their guests is also given within the community. The property will have 24-hour security. A standby generator is also provided for the common areas.

The units at Lantana Lane have a floor area of almost 400 sq.m. each, consisting of 3 floors plus a full penthouse; 4 full bedrooms with toilet and bath, ample closet and storage space, rooftop entertainment area with optional Jacuzzi and roof garden. The design also includes separate quarters for the maid and driver, each with a toilet and bath.

The units are turned over already fitted and ready for occupancy. Mañosa Properties’ presentation materials show the unit at turn-over condition and a sample of how it looks like after some interior decorating has been done.
