According to Softya president Caloy Atayde,   the project was created to help improve the quality of life of Filipinos through training sessions that would teach and inspire Filipinos practice integrity in their daily lives.

“Today, corruption has become endemic to our country. Companies have collapsed due to the greed and dishonesty that prevailed in its leadership. Millions are lost through petty theft, inside trading and other unethical practices. These costs impact dramatically the ROI,” Atayde said.

One of the major highlights of the campaign was the launch of a course for teachers and trainors called Champions of Integrity. The  24-day course was concieved to enhance the ability and skills of teachers and trainors to design and conduct integrity integrated programs. As part of the course, participants will be  required to provide a one-day learning session to 1,000 Filipino adults for free.

“Our goal is that at the end of five years we would have been able to equip, with the support of the private sector, at least 15,000 teachers and trainors who can serve as inspirational speakers of integrity. Within the same period, we hope that these inspirational speakers would be able to provide 15 million Filipino adults with free learning sessions that will inspire them to be integrity centered,’’Atayde said.
