UCPB fun run for a cause on February 9

MANILA, Philippines — UCPB, Cocolife, and Cocogen are inviting all running enthusiasts to make their training and racing more meaningful by raising funds for the benefit of children with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities.

The first Coco Unity Run will be held at 4 a.m. on Feb. 9 at the Liwasang Ulalim, CCP Complex in Pasay City.

The Coco Unity Run – a benefit run for Cocolife Foundation and Operation Smile Philippines – aims to raise funds to support the foundation’s initiatives in building healthy and sustainable communities as well as help fund free medical assistance for children and young adults with cleft lip and palate.

Runners can participate in the 1K, 3K, 5K and 10K categories. There are two ways to register: online at https://myrunti.me/register#/coco-unity-run-2020 and www.goohrana.com, and at the following Garmin branches: North EDSA, Glorietta 5, Uptown Mall BGC, Alabang Town Center and SM Mall of Asia.

UCPB partnered with Cocolife and Cocogen in 2018 to make a variety of life and non-life insurance products readily available to their clients.
