New year tax updates

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will hold a one-day seminar titled, “New Year Tax Updates and Remedies” on Jan. 18 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.

The one-day comprehensive training will teach participants and their organization all the best practices to maximize the benefits granted by law, ensuring compliance, minimizing and avoiding unnecessary tax exposures, assessments and penalties from the taxing authorities. In his law practice, he always keeps himself updated with tax matters, being a bar reviewer on taxation for over 40 years teaching law at San Beda Law School. He finished his accounting degree (Magna Cum Laude) and his law degree (Cum Laude) at the San Beda College of Law.
