MANILA, Philippines - The peso rallied against the dollar on Monday, closing at 43.475 from the previous day's 43.59.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $391.5 million, lower than the $437.5 million posted on Friday.
The peso opened the week at 43.65.
