MANILA, Philippines - Realty entrepreneur, college teacher and multi-awarded columnist Wilson Lee Flores is invited speaker on the topic “How to maximize income in real estate investing” in two conferences. He will speak at a dinner hosted by Vista Residences today at 7 p.m. at Avant at the Fort, 26th St. corner 3rd Ave., The Fort, Taguig City.
Flores has won three Palanca literary awards and a record 11 Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA), including two CMMA Hall of Fame Awards. His parents died early, he started in realty by working in the purchasing department of a realty firm, then opted to go into sales where he achieved record sales in the mid-1990s. While a realty broker, he started investing his earnings in real estate.
