Deadline sa SSS contribution payments hanggang June 30
MANILA, Philippines — Inanunsyo ng Social Security System (SSS) na extended hanggang June 30 ang pagbabayad sa kontribusyon ng mga miyembro at employers.
Ayon sa SSS, para sa mga regular employers, maaaring bayaran ang SSS contributions mula February, March, at April 2020 hanggang June 30.
Para naman sa household employers, self-employed, voluntary, at non-working spouse members, ang SSS contributions ngayong first quarter ng 2020 ay maaari pa ring bayaran hanggang June 30.
Ayon kay SSS President and Chief Executive Officer Aurora C. Ignacio, na ang mga regular at household employers ay maaaring bayaran ang lahat ng unpaid contributions para sa naturang period ng walang penalty na ang business o home address ay naisailalim sa community quarantine.
Ang mga employers na may approved installment proposals sa ilalim ng Contribution Penalty Condonation Program ay dapat magdeposito ng kanilang post-dated checks na due sa buwan ng February, March, April, at May 2020 sa June 30, 2020.
“We extended the payment deadline for SSS contributions to give our members and employers ample time to settle their obligations. It is one of our ways to help them in this difficult time brought by the current pandemic,” pahayag ni Ignacio.
