Sinabi pa ni Diaz na nasorpresa si Mrs. Marcos ng malaman na wala na ang pondong P400M sa kanyang Technology Resource Center Foundation Inc. matapos ang 3 taon ng kunin ito ng PCGG. Noong 1986 bago umalis ng bansa ang pamilya Marcos ay may pondo pa ito na umaabot sa P400 million. (Edwin Balasa)
