“You have taken it literally, we only try to demonstrate the seriousness, there’s no such thing as shooting somebody, no no, they would be challenged. There’s no shooting memo that says they will be shot, but there’s an existing memo restricting some people without security clearance from entering a certain area,” matud ni Miguel.

“Don’t worry about the signage because somebody just want to express his artistic side, it’s actually an inmate who made the drawing, but now it’s been rectified,” matud ni Miguel.
