Si Senior Superintendent Esmael Codilla ang bag-ong nilingkod sa pwesto kinsa gihangop usab ni Mayor Michael Rama.
Matud ni Rama nga si Codilla lumad nga Sugbuanon.

Si Codilla nahimo usab nga Cebu City Fire Marshal.
Nagpaabot si Rama sa pagpakita ni Codilla kaniya sa personal aron iya’ng kahatagan sa iya’ng mensahe.
