"We regret to inform you that should your office continue to withhold granting this request, the undersigned will bring this matter to the Office of the President and file the appropriate administrative cases for oppression and abuse of authority against you," matud pa ni Villarante sa suwat nga iyang gipadala ngadto sa buhatan ni De los Reyes niadtong Disyembre 11.
Si Villarante mopasaka sa kaso human kini nakakuha og legal opinion sa Department of Interior and Local Government regional director Ananias Villacorta nga pwede mohimo og lakang ang legislative department nga mopasaka og verified complaint ngadto sa Office of the President tungod sa pag-abuso sa gahum ug pag-panglupig.
Gawas pa niini, mahimong adto modangop sa Ombudsman ang mga nagreklamong opisyal subay sa Republic Act 6770 or the Ombudsman Act of 1992.
