MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery launched Monday a music video, titled "We Will Rise Again" in tribute to Filipinos' resilience and spirit following the wrath of super typhoon Yolanda.

The video aims to serve as a "reminder of the unwavering determination, the indomitable spirit, and the unparalleled resilience of the Filipinos," the agency said in a statement.
