Giuseppe U11 booters stay unbeaten in Aboitiz Cup

CEBU, Philippines - Giuseppe FC completed a four-game elimination round sweep in the mixed under-11 age group of the 18th Aboitiz Football Cup at Paref-Springdale School field in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City yesterday.

Giuseppe dumped Consolacion FC, 10-0, to lead group D with 12 points.

 Cebu International School, on the other hand, bested Singapore School, 2-0, to snap out of its two-game skid. CIS now has three points in a tie with Paref-Springdale.

In the 13-under category played at the Don Bosco Technology Center in Barangay Punta Princesa, CIS outsmarted Consolacion FC, 6-3.

CIS is now tied with its victim with nine points each under group B. (FREEMAN)
