Gerald nganga ngayong Valentine!

Masaya at nakaka-aliw ang katatapos na presscon ng Always Be My Maybe, ang first team-up movie nina Gerald Anderson at Arci Muñoz . First time rin nilang makatrabaho sina Jane Oiñeza, Cacai Bautista at Ahron Villena.

First time rin ng grupo na mai-direk ni Dan Villegas, whose last film, Walang Forever, in the last Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) ay nanalong best picture.

Winners din for best actor and best actress, respectively, ang lead stars ng Walang Forever na sina Jericho Rosales at Jennylyn Mercado.

Samatala, Always Be My Maybe is Direk Dan’s second movie with Star Cinema, which also produces the Piolo Pascual-Sarah Geronimo starrer, The Breakup Playlist. He used to be a favorite cinematographer ng mga pelikula ng Star Cinema.

Tatlong young writers, na pawang Palanca winners, sina Patrick Valencia, Pertee Briñas at Jancy Nicolas, ang sumulat ng kuwento at script ng pelikula.

Sinisiguro nila sa moviegoers that they will be able to identity themselves with the characters in the story, lalo’t ng dalawang pangunahing tauhan na ginampa­nan nina Gerald (as Jake) at Arci (Tintin).

Love may be crazy and uncertain. But it is still the best feeling which every young person, especially, will welcome anytime.

Cacai at Ahron sa abra pa magdi-date

Bagama’t during the presscon, halatang maganda ang samahang namagitan kina Gerald at Arci  during the filming of Always Be My Maybe, tinitiyak ng dalawa na walang anything special na namagitan o posibleng pang mamagitan sa kanila. Bagama’t inamin ni Gerald na loveless siya at the moment. Kaya, wala siyang Valentine date na okey lang naman, since promo nga raw this Sunday ng Always Be My Maybe.

It’s Arci who revealed she’s in love. She chose not to name, though, the guy at hindi rin siya nagbigay ng hint kung nasa showbiz o hindi.

The most exciting pair sa cast ng Always Be My Maybe ay sina Cacai at Ahron. Bagama’t wala pa naman daw label ang kanilang relasyon.

But, according to Ahron, since the two of them will be in Abra for a personal commitment this Valentines day, he might treat daw Cacai to dinner.

To which, Cacai reacted: “Promise, ha.”

For those of you who is not familiar with Cacai, siya ang tinaguriang The Dental Diva sa natapos na second season ng Your Face Sounds Fami­liar (YFSF).

Ahron, together with Arci, was in the blockbus­ter movie, A Second Chance, starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.

Jane, on the other hand, might join some friends after their promo tour this Sunday.

Serye nina Elmo at Janella, ang tagal bago umere

Tanong lang, why is it taking so long na maisa-himpapawid na ang first series together sana nina Janella Salva­­­dor at Elmo Magalona, ang Born For You?
