Man nabbed for molesting hotel guest

TUGUEGARAO  , Philippines  —  Police arrested a man who reportedly broke into a hotel and tried to molest a male guest in Candon City, Ilocos Sur on Saturday. 

Benjamin Tulepa, 25, owned up to the crime, saying at first he was only after the money and cell phone of the guest.

 Tulepa reportedly entered the hotel in Barangay Oaig Daya at around 4 a.m. and found the victim asleep in a room with his male partner.

The suspect said he was tempted to kiss the victim and even tried to remove his pants.

This awakened the victim, who screamed for help.

Responding police officers arrested Tulepa.
