Woman, 80, found dead

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines  – Police are investigating the death of an 80-year-old woman who was found half-naked at her house in Barangay Pattao, Buguey, Cagayan last Wednesday.

The body of Francisca Pedro, which bore stab wounds in the face, was discovered wrapped in a blanket around 7 a. m.

Police Officer 2 Darwin Ponce said the victim was holding a broken glass. The relatives of the victim said her bag containing her ATM and other valuables was missing.
