Why was the blue moon red?

FEELING BLUE. A man became the laughing stock of his neighbors after he grumbled why the moon didn’t turn blue the other night.

After reading the lunar phenomena was going to be a super/blood/blue moon he watched it as it rose higher in the sky. Then he saw it turn red, but after that it slowly went back to its original color…and never turned any shade of blue.

Someone later told him a blue moon is the second full moon in the same month; a very rare occurrence.

“Abi nako’g ma-blue sad ang buwan,” the man said.
