House of termites

TERMITES. A government installation which has been neglected since Noynoy Aquino became president after the 2010 elections has now become a "house of termites," an Ear informer said.

REPAIR. Although the office that takes care of the building assigns people to maintain it, their job was limited only to cleaning the premises. It was difficult for them to introduce repair and maintenance works in the dilapidated portions because they need clearance from Manila.

CEILING. The maintenance workers would no longer want to clean the interior portion of the building, fearing the ceiling might fall on them.
