GIVE UP. Because of his low survey ratings, a presidential candidate has reportedly given up and "closed the faucet." This has left his local supporters, who have been waiting for his financial support, with a big problem. A big leader in Cebu City is now an orphan. His leader in a neighboring province reportedly landed in the hospital because of this development.

 

DEMOLITION VICTIMS. A local political party in Cebu City plans to hold a mini rally at the Osmeña mausoleum at the Carreta cemetery. But rally participants would not come from the communities around the area because they were victims of a demolition and were not provided with relocation sites.

 

NARCOPOLITICS. What will happen to local officials who are suspected of being into narcopolitics if a presidential candidate from the south wins? Will they flee, peacefully surrender, or violently resist?
