All-out war vs drugs

BLOCK. In a debate overheard inside a PUJ, one passenger argued that Cebu City needs councilors who will not block a mayor's initiatives. "Moabag, dili mobabag," he said. A female passenger countered that the mayor she supports "mobabag, dili moabag sa drug lords."

SUPPLY OF SHABU LOW.  A Cebu mayor loudly protested the recent PNP revamp. A resident in Duljo, however, noted that the supply in shabu dropped sharply after the revamp. The newly-appointed PNP officers reportedly won't accept the usual bribes. They are afraid to actively do business now.

ALL OUT WAR. Local drug dealers are now bracing for a possible victory of an anti-drugs crusader as president of the republic. A Duljo resident asked if this also means the end of politicians who are into narco-politics.
