Local survey
SURVEY. Who says surveys are a thing for national candidates only? No, it's not. Local candidates are also commissioning surveys to determine the standing of their camp, especially their standard bearer - the city or town mayor.
FIGURES. A researcher revealed to The Ear that he would sometimes laugh upon hearing about surveys purported to have been commissioned by an "independent group" but presents figures which are statistically improbable.
BANDWAGON. "Klaro man kaayo nga pang-bandwagon ra gyud na nga survey. Kay kun mopresentar si mayor nga siyay leading sa survey, motuo man dayon ang mga tawo nga siyay dumadaog sa pinilay. (The survey is clearly for bandwagon strategy. If the mayor leads in the survey, the people would believe he is winning the polls)," the researcher said.
