CESAFI football kicks off Sept.10

CEBU, Philippines - The football event of the 2017 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc., (CESAFI) season will kick off on September 10 at the Cebu City Sports Center.

Competing in the tertiary level are the defending champion University of San Carlos along with University of San Jose-Recoletos, University of the Visayas, University of Cebu and University of Southern Philippines-Foundation.

The secondary division includes defending champ Don Bosco Technology Center, USC, USJ-R, USPF and  Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu.

The college division will have games on weekdays after coaches complained of a back-to-back match during weekends that affected the fitness of the players.

Games in the secondary will played only on weekends.
