DBTC booters score back-to-back wins in Aboitiz Cup

CEBU, Philippines - Don Bosco Technology Center booters scored their second straight victory in the under-11 division at the expense of Cebu International School, 6-0 in the 18th Aboitiz Football Cup yesterday at the Paref-Springdale School.

After its thrilling win against host team Paref-Springdale, 3-2, DBTC cruised to victory in lopsided fashion against CIS.

Paref-Springdale, for its part, bounced back strong with a 16-0 annihilation of Singapore School.

Aside from DBTC, other teams who won their second straight wins in the under-11 were Lahug FC and Guardian FC.

Lahug FC demolished Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu, 8-0, while Guardians outlasted Kids United, 2-1. (FREEMAN)
