NPA gagamitan ng full force ng martial law

MANILA, Philippines – Kasunod ng pagdedeklara sa kanila bilang mga terorista, binalaan ni Pangulpng Rodrigo Duterte ang New People’s Army na nasa Mindanao.

Sinabi ni presidential spokesperson Harry Roque ngayong Lunes na buong pwersa ng martial law ang ipatutupad laban sa armadong grupo.

"For as long there are acts of rebellion committed in the island province of Mindanao, yes, he will use the full force of martial law against [the] NPA as well," pahayag ni Roque.

"Act of rebellion is a continuing crime so for as long as they don’t lay down their grounds, they are committing a criminal act," dagdag niya.

Sinabi pa ni Roque na sa mga susunod na araw ay ilalabas ang arrest orders laban sa NPA.

Nito lamang ay inirekomenda ng Philippine National Police at Armed Forces of the Philippines ang isa pang taong martial law sa Mindanao.

Dahil dito ay sinulatan ni Duterte ang Kongreso upang ipaapruba ang martial law extension na unang idineklara nitong Mayo.
