De Lima: Si Duterte ay mamamatay-tao

MANILA, Philippines (Updated 10:16 a.m., December 9) – Tinawag na murderer at ama ng extrajudicial killings (EJK) ni Sen. Leila de Lima si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte dahil daw sa umanong pag-amin nito na siya ang nasa likod ng pagkamatay ni Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa.

“That is an admission that he is the mastermind of such extra-judicial killing. That says it all about the EJK phenomenon,” pahayag ni De Lima ngayong Huwebes.

Tinutukoy ni De Lima ang pahayag kahapon ni Duterte na hindi niya hahayaang makulong ang mga pulis na sangkot sa pagkasawi ni Espinosa sa loob ng kaniyang selda.

“Hindi ko pababayaan ang mga pulis na ito dahil ako ang may utos,” pahayag ni Duterte kaugnay ng hatol ng National Bureau of Investigation na rubout ang naganap sa pagitan ng mga pulis at kay Espinosa at hindi shootout.

Sinabi ni De Lima na kung dati ay mayroong Davao Death Squad noong alkalde pa ng Davao City si Duterte ngayon ay mayroon naman daw Presidential Death Squad.

“Duterte’s admission seals his fate as the Father of all EJK’s, first in Davao City, now throughout, the entire Philippines, with the number of his victims now beyond the five thousand mark, and still rising,” sabi ng senadora.

“Nothing can be clearer than that. What we now have is a Presidential Death Squad,”dagdag niya.

Sinabi pa ni De Lima na dapat nang wakasan ang imbestigasyon ng Senado sa pagkamatay ni Espinosa dahil sa umano'y pag-amin ni Duterte.

“Now we all know that the order and command to murder Espinosa in cold blood came from none other than the President himself. People of the Philippines, your President is a murderer,” aniya.
