CEBU, Philippines — With more rainfall expected in the coming months that is usually followed by flooding in several places in Cebu, a properly working drainage system is necessary.
But the Department of Public Works (DPWH)-7, said that one of the important equipment they use to free up clogged drainage and canals has bogged down.
