CLS Properties New Office Inaugurated

Cesar L. Salimbangon, chairman and CEO of CLS Properties, Inc. was all smiles as he welcomed all their guests, with wife Fely at his side, to the blessing and inauguration of their new offices at the 7th floor of Apple One in Ayala. It was also the birthday of wife Fely, so it was a double celebration.

Cutting the ceremonial ribbon was younger sister Mariquita Salimbangon Yeung assisted by Congressman Benhur Salimbagon, wife Fely, and Cesar himself. After which, Msgr. Roberto Alesna blessed the 175-square-meter offices. The new offices are now double in space compared to the previous size. Comfortably with Cesar in this office are their children… Chad Salimbangon, Ken and Rhoanne Salimbangon and Lauren Salimbangon Contonao.

After more than a decade in the real estate business, CTL Properties Inc. has grown by leaps and bounds. And now, the company headed by Cesar has expanded, as a real estate developer, to Palawan where it is now known to be booming like no other.
