Tucci was placed in handcuffs and led to a detention cell at the Bureau of Immigration for an armed robbery in Rome where a police officer was killed.

Si Tucci ay sinasabing wanted sa kanyang bansa dahil sa panghoholdap sa isang bangko sa Rome at ang pagbaril at pagpaslang nito sa isang  pulis na nagresponde sa nasabing panghoholdap.
