Genalyn Tiro, 27, alleged tried to take the bag of Jessica Lomongo, 57, who works at the law firm of Joselito Alo located at the third floor of a building.


But Waterfront police investigator Rene Cerna doubted Tiro's identity saying when he was still assigned at the Fuente police she was also arrested for a similar offense and gave a different name and address.
