In the hearing held by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Barbers electoral protest, Biazons lawyer Wilfred de Asis accused his clients rival of altering the results in the municipalities of Columbio in Sultan Kudarat, and Talitay and South Upi in Maguindanao.
These municipalities are among the 10 areas under dispute in Barbers complaint.

Statistical data are expected to be provided by lawyers of both Biazon and Barbers that will help the Comelec determine who is the real winner, said Borra, a member of the first division.
