Earlier, the two officials clashed over the project, with Aquino accusing David of lacking "courtesy" in not informing the city government about it.

"We’re worried about the possible effect of (his) presence to peace and order in our neighborhood," said a resident of St. Dominic Subdivision in Barangay San Agustin here.


The homeowner, who asked not to be identified, was referring to Melchor Caluag, alias Ngongo, who was arrested last week on illegal gambling charges but is out on bail.
