[Title] => Sketch of Dy's killer released
[Summary] => Police released yesterday a cartographic sketch of the alleged killer of Representative Antonio Cuenco's witness during the congressional inquiry last October 2001. Ananias Dy's killer wore nothing to cover his face when he shot the victim, the police investigators said based on the accounts of their witnesses.

Supt. Pablo Labra of the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Branch released the sketch yesterday after getting approval from his superiors in the regional police office. He said the assailant knows how to handle a gun based on the gunshot wounds of Dy.
