Wala nang basehan sa batas ang ipinapangalandakan ng nadismis na Pasay City Mayor Peewee Trinidad at abogado nitong si Rene Saguisag na makabalik pa sa puwesto.


Ito ang naging tugon ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) sa request ni Trinidad na muling makaupo bilang alkalde ng lungsod base sa Ombudsman’s Rule of Procedure.
