Pinatubo Hidden Temple Shrine, Our Lord of Love and Redemption, spoke through mystic — Mrs. Punay Kabayao Fernandez — declaring Palan as a ‘spiritual rehabilitation center’. With such a short koan (Zen riddle) was Palan’s role defined for us.
