In a memorandum submitted to the Supreme Court, businessman Lucio Tan’s Asia’s Emerging Dragon Corp. (AEDC), through its lawyer Perfecto Yasay, raised interesting points in connection with its petition to order the government to recognize the company’s right as the original project proponent to operate the controversial NAIA Terminal 3.
