Police  identified the victims as Kevin Jay Singma and Gloria Singma, both of 181 Rivera Compound, Baesa, Quezon City.


Hospital records showed that the young boy died at the Chinese General Hospital from multiple injuries, including fractures in both legs, resulting  in severe internal hemorrhage at around 5:45 a.m. yesterday.
