Nabatid na nagsagawa ng operasyon ang pulisya kasama ang mga kinatawan ng Veterinary Inspection Board dakong alas- 11 kamakalawa ng gabi sa panulukan ng CM Rector Avenue at Ilaya Sts. sa Divisoria.
