Last Friday, I was about to leave for Cagayan de Oro to attend the UNESCO Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Lifelong Learning for Min-danao. On my way to the airport I got a call from one of Max’s best friends, Arthur Lopez. He was not his usual self. He seemed to be tongue-tied for a while but I prodded him to tell me if his message concerns Max.
