Good timing. The angle of this story is on Charlene’s being Mrs. Aga Muhlach and that headline was the first thing I asked Charlene about.

According to the rumor, Charlene found out that Aga and Kristine Hermosa had an "affair" while they were shooting Star Cinema’s All My Life, shown last May, and that, so to speak, broke the camel’s back.

Of course, she just laughed and laughed and that simply meant that the rumor was not true. Having been a veteran (ehem!) movie journalist for more than three decades, I know just by the slightest change in the tone of a star’s voice or the way he/she looks at you if a rumor is true or not. Experience, you know æ plus intuition. If you note something "defensive" or "evasive" in his/her voice and if he/she can’t look at you straight in the eye when confronted with those three scary words æ true or false? æ it’s loud and clear that the rumor is true.

Otherwise, when he/she simply laughs and laughs æ like Charlene did æ then you better move on to the next showbiz rumor.

The truth is that the Charlene-Aga marriage is as strong as ever and getting stronger.
