A man named "Lucky" was shot dead after attending a friend’s birthday party in Tondo, Manila, the other night.


The homicide section of the Western Police District identified the victim as Lucky Romel Valisno, 22, of Meycuayan, Bulacan.


Prior to the incident, police said, Valisno attended the birthday party of a certain Peter John Manalo, of 195 Banahaw Street, Balut, Tondo at about 9:50 p.m.


The party ended a few minutes later and the guests, including the victim, began leaving Manalo’s house.
