BAGUIO CITY - Binig yan ng 10 araw ng Supreme Court ang tatlong higanteng oil companies, Manila City government gayundin ang kumokontra sa pananatili ng oil depot sa Pandacan, Maynila upang maghain ng kanilang memoranda bago ito magdesisyon. 


Sa ginanap na oral argument kahapon, sinabi ni Associate Justice Angelina Sandoval-Gutierrez na binigyan ng pagkakataon ng SC 1st Division ang kampo ng Shell, Petron at Caltex para ipaliwanag kung bakit hindi dapat ipatupad ang inaprubahang city ordinance 8027 na agarang nagpapaalis sa oil depot ng nabanggit na mga oil companies.
