                    [Summary] => CABANATUAN CITY — Frustrated in an earlier bid to upgrade its status into a highly urbanized city (HUC), the city government here has renewed its bid for HUC and has asked President Arroyo to issue a presidential proclamation elevating the city into a HUC.


The outgoing 13-man city council unanimously passed a resolution requesting the President to issue the proclamation converting the city into a HUC.

Obvious daw na ibig ninyong humakot ng boto. Pero imbes na boto ang mahakot, ngitngit ng may 1,000 nagtitinda sa public market ang naani raw ninyo.


Ito ay dahil sa balak ni Vergara na magtayo ng P1.5 bilyong mall sa lugar na kinalalagyan ng palengke. Siyempre nga naman, insecure ang mga vendors  na sila’y mapatatalsik sa puwesto nila.
