Ginatilan town Mayor Dean Michael Singco has asked the Provincial Board to dismiss the complaint filed against him by a barangay captain for lack of legal basis and merit.

The friction between the two was reportedly intensified with the latest passage of the Annual Budget, which Dinglasa claimed to have been illegally approved.
