Rheilnan Joseph Zafra, who had been billeted with his family at Room 702 of Fernandina Suite 88 located along P. Tuazon Boulevard, died while undergoing treatment at the Quirino Memorial Medical Center. 


Police said blood was oozing from the boy’s face after he landed on the roof of an adjacent structure.
